Planning an event successfully means to make it happen at the right time. People already are short on time and it won’t take long to annoy them with an event running late. Good time management skills are a must to manage your time well. There are so many things to be done when planning an event. To make sure you are able to make the actual event happen on time, it will take up to weeks of preparation.
Sometimes event planners have 2 to3 projects lined up in a month. They will not be able to do justice to any of the events if they lack time management skills or show no respect for time. Needless to say, with such attitude, they will have no projects coming to them in the following month. One needs to be able to comply with the needs of all their clients at once.

• Make List of things to do
• Use of down time- like while walking, driving.
• Focus on one thing at a time.
• Avoid Procrastination at any cost.
• Place deadlines for tasks although nobody likes them..
• Divide responsibilities for different tasks and work in a team.
• Avoid getting exhausted
Good time management skills are all about developing good habits form the start and then sticking to them.
